Do I have to be a legal resident of the United States age 18 or over?
Yes. Winn Winn and Arise requires that all individuals seeking to become Arise Certified Professionals legally reside in the United States and are 18 years or older, if they are servicing customers based in the United States.

What are all of the costs involved with getting started?
All fees are paid directly to Arise Virtual Solutions and consist of the following:
National Background Check (12.95 may be higher in some states)
CSP 101 – Arises Customer Service Professional training ($99, however this course goes on sale often and can be purchased for as low as $5.00 at times) Please note: Military families receive this course for free (proof required).
Client Certification ($29 – $200) – Just as if you were going to school to become an electrician or a hairdresser, we are required to pay for our client certification courses. We are learning a trade and are guaranteed work upon successful completion. Military families, receive up to $150.00 towards their first client certification course.
Why is a National Background Check required and what are the deciding factors in passing?
Winn Winn, Arise and its clients have high integrity standards and, thus, no one can become an Arise Certified Professional if they are convicted, pled guilty or pled no contest to a felony or certain misdemeanor charges (such as fraud). Some clients have more stringent standards with respect to being eligible to service their particular account.Most traffic violations do not constitute a disqualifying event. The request is submitted to the search partner via the Web. It takes approximately two-ten business days to receive the results. Background checks are currently $12.95 (may be higher in some states). The checks include local, city and state checks.

What type of services can I provide for Winn Winn Research, LLC and Arise clients as an Independent Contractor?
Clients offer a wide variety of programs that you can certify your home business for. Client services are not limited to just taking or making calls, your business can also choose to provide email, chat or technical support to our Clients. Our inbound call types may include any or a combination of the following: sales, customer service, chat and technical support. Once you become a Winn Winn/Customer Service Professional, you can check the “Opportunity Page” on our portal to learn about the client programs and call types available to you as an Independent Contractor with Winn Winn Research, LLC.
How much money can I make in a partnership with Winn Winn Research, LLC?
Depending on the amount of hours agents work and the clients agents contract with, some earn as much as $1500.00 biweekly while others earn $500 biweekly. Earnings will fluctuate depending on the amount of hours you are servicing. Service fees vary by client with three payment types: amount of calls answered, transactions processed or the amount of minutes you service per hour. Generally adding up to $10 – $18 per hour. Some clients offer sales and incentive bonuses.
What fees will I have to pay Winn Winn Research, LLC to service under your corporation?
Our service fee is $25.00 per invoice. You are also responsible for the Arise bi-monthly service fee of $19.75 (subject to change). Arise deposits IB(Independent Business) payments (such as Winn Winn Research, LLC) into the IBO account. Independent Contractors servicing with Winn Winn Research, LLC will receive payments via direct deposit no later than the 12th and 28th of each month. Should the 12th or 28th of the month fall on a weekend or holiday, Winn Winn Research, LLC will process deposits on the next business day.
Why does Winn Winn Research, LLC charge a service fee?
Winn Winn Research, LLC has to cover business management costs. Our low service fee allows us to provide you with support during all phases of your certification process and during the course of our partnership, direct deposit services and offers you the opportunity to service clients without having to incorporate.
Why does Arise charge Independent Businesses a semi-monthly service fee?
The ARISE® service fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and WILLOW® accounting services. Arise’s semi-monthly service fee is currently $19.75 and is deducted twice a month from your Virtual Services Corporation Service Fees for each servicing Virtual Service Corporation employee. No Virtual Services Corporation is charged the fee until the first invoice period after it begins providing customer interaction services to its first client.
Are we responsible for our own taxes, or is this handled automatically?
As an Independent Contractor you are responsible for your own taxes as well as any employment taxes.
Can I have another job or contract with another company while I provide services for Arise clients?
Yes, you certainly can! As an independent contractor you have the freedom to work for other companies while you provide services to Arise Clients. However, we do expect our Independent Contractors to honor their scheduled commitments to our clients and meet all performance standards.
How long before I can start servicing Arise clients?
Once you have completed all the admissions steps, your next step will be to enroll in a client certification course of your choice. Courses may take between two to six weeks depending on the client selected.
Will I receive payment for the time I spend in the client certification courses?
Arise and Winn Winn Research, LLC do not compensate for the time spent in client certification course as it considers that the knowledge obtained while attending the certification course will contribute in making your business successful. In some cases, certification bonuses are offered for Customer Service Professionals that complete the certification course and service their selected client.
What do I need to get started?
You will need to do the following:
1. Complete the Arise Admissions process
2. Ensure that you have a working computer that will meet Arise’ guidelines
3. Purchase a VOIP headset. This is a headset that plugs into your computer
4. Purchase a headset that can plug into your landline telephone. (Cordless phones are not accepted)
3. Have or prepare to have a landline telephone with no features by 2nd week of client certification (At this time, you cannot use Magic Jack, Vonage, etc)

Complete the Arise application here and complete our basic application here this will begin the application process with Arise. Winn Winn Research, LLC will contact you with further instructions once we have received your submission via our website.You MUST be ready to express interest and begin training with a client within 30 days after you have completed the enrollment process with Arise. Winn Winn cannot keep inactive contractors on hand.
